- We’ll let you know when it’s ready (often within hours)
- Collect from our Cardigan store during opening hours
- Cash accepted for click & collect / in-store pickup orders
Tip: If your order is personalised, we may need a little extra time — we’ll always keep you updated.
Local Delivery
Ideal if you’re busy, hosting, or just can’t face another trip out.
- Choose Local Delivery at checkout (Cardigan area)
- Availability and charges are shown at checkout
- Delivery timing can vary depending on demand and order type
- We’ll be in touch if we need to confirm any details
Worth knowing: Larger balloon setups or event-style orders may need extra prep time.
Order Prep Times
- Non-personalised items: usually ready within 2 hours
- Personalised items: usually ready within 4 hours
Orders placed outside opening hours will be processed as soon as possible on the next working day. If you’re working to a deadline, just give us a shout — we’ll do our best to help.
Good to Know
- Delivery options and prices are confirmed at checkout
- Some items (like helium-filled balloons) are in-store only unless otherwise stated
- If we need to clarify anything (personalisation, timing, delivery notes), we’ll contact you
