Due to their bespoke nature, personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
7. Helium Balloons & In-Store Services
Helium filling is available in-store only unless otherwise stated.
We cannot guarantee how long helium balloons will float, as this depends on environmental conditions, handling and balloon type. Float times provided are estimates only.
8. Liability
While we take all reasonable care to ensure accuracy and quality, Cardi Ent shall not be liable for:

- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control
